Q: If I'm already a subscriber, will my monthly rate be reduced to $14.95?

A: Yes, all current All Access Pass subscribers will have their monthly fee reduced from $19.95 to $14.95 starting January 7th, 2008. The $14.95 price change will occur during your next business cycle. Your subscription will continue to remain active until you cancel it.

Q: How do I purchase a subscription to Passions episodes?

A: To purchase a subscription to Passions episodes, all you have to do is click here and add the "Monthly Passions Subscription" to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Your credit card will be billed for $14.95 upon checkout and an additional $14.95 every 30-day cycle thereafter. Your subscription will remain active until you cancel it.

Q: How do I view my Passions subscription content?

A: To view Passions episodes, go to http://passions.nbc.com/. There you will be prompted to enter the email address and password that you received when you created your account for Passions All-Access Pass. Upon entering the information you will be able to access Passions episodes.

Q: Can I watch Passions online from outside the United States?

A: Currently, Passions All-Access Pass is only available to U.S. customers.

Q: How many episodes can I access online?

A: Starting with the September 17th, 2007 episode, the shows are archived online once they appear on DirectTV. They are available for up to eight weeks at a time; however, there may be instances where episodes are up for less than eight weeks.

Q: Can I share my log-in info and password with my friends so they can watch?

A: Any accounts found to be sharing log-in/password information will be discontinued immediately. You should NEVER share this information.

Q: Where can I find information on my Passions subscription?

A: Click "My Account" and log in with your username and password for information about your subscription and account status. If you have additional questions, please email customer service at customerservice@nbcuniversalstore.com.

Q: How often will my credit card be billed for my Passions subscription service?

A: When you sign up, you will automatically be put on a 30-day recurring billing plan. Your credit card will be billed for the amount of $14.95 every 30 days from the day you purchased the subscription.

Q: Is my billing information secure?

A: Yes. All pages that allow you to view or edit your personal information are highly secured. For complete details, please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: To cancel your subscription, click "My Account" and log in with your username and password. Then, click on "Review pending and past orders, " locate your order, and click on "Cancel subscription." This will stop both your subscription and recurring billing against your credit card.

Q: What happens to my Passions subscription if the credit card I used expires?

A: If the credit card used to activate your subscription expires within the next 30-day billing cycle, your subscription will become deactivated.

If you wish to renew, you will need to go here and sign up again by adding. the Monthly Passions Subscription to your cart and completing the checkout process with a valid credit card.

Q: Why does a charge for my subscription fee appear twice on my credit card statement?
*Important information for Debit Card users*

A: If you are paying for your monthly subscription fees using a debit card that draws from your checking account, the double charges are most likely the result of our "pre-authorization" process.

In order to ensure that your access to Passions episodes is uninterrupted, our billing system sends out a "pre-authorization" in the amount of your subscription fee five to six days before your scheduled billing date.

This "pre-authorization" puts funds in the amount of your subscription on hold, which makes them unavailable for other uses. We do this so we can notify you that your subscription is in danger of being suspended before your billing date arrives – if your actual subscription charge were to fail, your account would be suspended and you wouldn't be able to watch Passions!

So please remember when using a debit card to make sure that funds for your subscription are available 7 days before your billing date.
